If a KLOQ does not meet expectations, you can return your order, undamaged and unused, free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
An exception to this rule are the product categories Extras and Vases. Return costs are at your own expense.
We offer a free return label to the following countries:
– Belgium
– The Netherlands
– Germany
– France
– Luxembourg
Any other countries that are excluded from our free return label list
can return at customer’s own cost.
